If and when it happens the first trial will be really interesting. ISIS fought against Assad and our governments have also opposed Assed and we have carried out sorties against his forces. The defence case will be that this individual was fighting the common enemy.

British laws are in place first and foremost to protect it's law abiding citizens, this scum have signed up to do this country and it's citizens as much harm as possible by signing up to their caliphate
All that should be put in place is that once you have declared you are fighting for ISIS this simply states you no longer recognise British laws or abide by them and no longer want it's citizenship.
We've got to stop with this 'they have British rights' once certain criteria is met by their actions, they clearly don't want them.
